For prescription refills at the Tahlequah location please call us locally
at 918-456-2233 or if you are calling long distance, you can also use
our toll free number 866-269-5556. For prescriptions refills at the Keys
location please call 918-431-0505. To expedite your call, please be prepared
with you prescription refill number(s) (located at the upper left-hand
corner of your prescription label).
Online
Submit you refill requests quickly and easily, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. No phone calls or waiting in line at a busy pharmacy. Your request
will be processed within 1 business day. Patient confidentiality will
be maintained throughout the request process. Remember to complete any
special instructions for delivery (with-in Tahlequah), quantity, etc.
At your request, we can ship* your prescriptions to you, but please use
